This is by far my best stay in Italy! it is in Spezia near the cinque Terre for all whoms interested to travel there. For the value, u get the whole room with free breakfast. The location were also fairly close to the train station and u can get around really easily. Staff also helped to recommend meals spot and how to get around!

The way up to the place is kinda tiring if you have big luggages. Better avoid using stairs, but use road instead. However, apart from that, it is very very good place to stay. I love the room. It’s so closed to the train station and restaurants. The rooms is clean. Worth the money!!!

Eva, our host, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. Due to a train strike in Pisa, we had trouble reaching the accommodation, but Eva was very supportive and provided us with helpful recommendations to navigate the situation. She also gave us excellent suggestions on where to eat – the food was delicious and exactly what we were looking for! Upon arrival, we were welcomed with some sweet treats and even a bottle of wine, which was such a lovely surprise. The room was cleaned daily, and we received fresh water every day. On the day of our departure, Eva kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the room past check-out time since our train was around noon, which made everything so much easier for us. Thank you, Eva, for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable – highly recommended!
