Featuring a garden and views of garden, La Rosamarina is a guest house situated in a historic building in Stromboli, 400 metres from Ficogrande Beach. Our Hosts were just lovely, the room is cosy and cofortable, but more importantly there are plenty of spaces to relax outside and take in the perfect garden. We had coffee when we arrived while they showed us the map of the best restaurants for drinks, breakfasts and food, all of which exceeded our expectations. We were there to see the volcano and our host booked our trip in advance. Travel around is easy, all done by golf buggie. but it's just as nice to walk around and take in the atmosphere.

Location, service, the views, the decor, so comfortable! They had a €5 transfer service for the port which was really good in the heat, they were always super helpful with advice on where to eat, or what to do. Rooms were so sweet, we loved having our little terrace and we had a view on the sea from there, and a view of Stromboli volcano on the other! Not a far walk from the beaches and restaurants either. Loved it, would come back in a heartbeat.

Our time in Ginostra was the most peaceful and relaxing of our entire time in Italy, made so by Antonietta and her beautiful home. So many spots within the property and without it, to sit watch the world go by. The room itself was beautiful and full of Antonietta's tender touch, and the access to a kitchen - with a couple of local markets only a few minutes away- was great. A very special space, and one to which we hope to return. Thank you so much!
