The owners also own/work at Cafe Latino, 100 steps away from the hotel rooms. Breakfast on Cafe Latinos Terrace overlooking the lake was wonderful as they were!

The location is ideal for exploring Umbria — peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive from Perugia, Lake Trasimeno, and several incredible hill towns. Waking up to the views of the Umbrian countryside was an absolute dream. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the hospitality. The hosts were incredibly gracious and attentive, offering fantastic local recommendations and making sure every part of our stay was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. The host was friendly and always available for anything I needed. Definitely recommended!

Fabio and Mirko were incredibly kind and generous hosts. Our arrival time was delayed several times because the airline lost our baggage, but they handled it very graciously. Fabio was immediately reachable via phone and accommodated every request. The room was spacious and clean, the shower very good. Spello was absolutely charming and we would recommend it and this B&B very highly.
