We were able to check in early which was wonderful on a rainy day. The spa tub was heaven. It was conveniently located and we had our best meal so far at the restaurant next door. We would have eaten at the restaurant down stairs with its lovely view but we were too hungry to wait.

Waking up to the views of the Umbrian countryside was an absolute dream. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the hospitality. The hosts were incredibly gracious and attentive, offering fantastic local recommendations and making sure every part of our stay was perfect. Exceptionally clean too and in an excellent position.

Great room about 20 minutes' walk from the railway station and just a few minutes from the city centre. The room was spacious and clean. The host was friendly and always available for anything I needed. Definitely recommended!

Fabio and Mirko were incredibly kind and generous hosts. Our arrival time was delayed several times because the airline lost our baggage, but they handled it very graciously. Fabio was immediately reachable via phone and accommodated every request. The room was spacious and clean, the shower very good. Spello was absolutely charming and we would recommend it and this B&B very highly.
