We were able to check in early which was wonderful on a rainy day. The spa tub was heaven. It was conveniently located and we had our best meal so far at the restaurant next door. We would have eaten at the restaurant down stairs with its lovely view but we were too hungry to wait.

It was modern and up to date with working plumbing and lighting. AC worked flawlessly. Very comfortable beds (the best on our trip!). The owners also own/work at Cafe Latino, 100 steps away from the hotel rooms. Breakfast on Cafe Latinos Terrace overlooking the lake was wonderful as they were!

The hosts were incredibly gracious and attentive, offering fantastic local recommendations and making sure every part of our stay was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. The host was friendly and always available for anything I needed. Definitely recommended!

Our arrival time was delayed several times because the airline lost our baggage, but they handled it very graciously. Fabio was immediately reachable via phone and accommodated every request. The room was spacious and clean, the shower very good. Spello was absolutely charming and we would recommend it and this B&B very highly.
