Beautiful room and amazing staff, very friendly and helpful (helped us organizing activities, exchanging money, arranging a taxi to Yala…). The location was extremely convenient, very close to the beach and to the delicious restaurants in the area. A 2 min walk to the main road to find a Tuk Tuk to anywhere. We had a great time, great value for money!

600 metres from Uppuveli beach in Trincomalee, Breeze Guest House provides accommodation with access to a hot tub and spa facilities. Amazing stay! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Outside area was beautiful to relax in, location just a minute walk from the property. The real highlight was the use of the shared kitchen, which was well equipped, and there are several markets near by for fresh produce and eggs, which was a welcome change. Would definitely recommend staying at this property during your time in Trincomalee!

Lovely huts in wonderful garden, full of chairs and hammocks to relax in. Each hut has its own little verandah. The huts are all individually beautifully and very creatively decorated, an unique experience! Owner Brenda does everything to make you feel at home, cooks delicious meals and speaks very well english. The beach is a stone throw away. It is a lagoon with (very) shallow water so safe for swimming, even for small children. Highly recommended!

The rooms are very clean and welcoming The owner is very helpful and assists you with any inquery. Great value, His friendliness made my stay homely. It’s a steal for the price, I couldn’t believe how cheap it is for the standard you get, which is equivalent to a good 3 star hotel. Nothing I want to improve.

The host, Rangan, is one of the most genuine people we have met so far in Sri Lanka. He welcomed us with local food and was always there for us in terms of bookings,questions or just a good talk. For breakfast we had some delicious local food and he even offers extraordinary fish for dinner.The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The guesthouse is located in the centre of Uppuvelli and has the beach and lots of restaurants and other shops nearby. If you are in the area, the White House definitly is your go to place!

Set in Nilaveli, a few steps from Nilaveli Beach, Moon Isle Beach Bungalow offers accommodation with a private beach area, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. I love the location! It's right on the beach! And during the time we were there, the beach to the left and to the right from the hotel was deserted. There are only a few rooms at the hotel and guests would leave somewhere and at times it felt like we had our own private beach just for two of us! Also having breakfast and dining there is so great, because again your doing it right on the beach, so the scenery and the sounds of waves are perfect. I live how they have us so many different traditional Sri-Lankan side dishes to our order. The bungalows are located far from the main road, so you only hear the sound of waves and nothing else. Very nice owners and staff - they helped us with luggage both during check-in and check-out and did it out of genuine hospitality, not like most places in the world where they help you with luggage and stay there wait for tips. Really great place, very romantic, I hope we'll be able to come back to Sri-Lanka again and stay at these Bungalows!

Located within 100 metres of Uppuveli beach and 4.3 km of Kanniya Hot Springs in Trincomalee, Lobster Inn offers accommodation with seating area. Amazing all around! I loved the property... the layout and all of the colorful murals and that every room had a place to sit outside of the room. The room itself was very spacious and clean. The fans were strong, although it was still a little warm in the evenings. The owner was amazing. He is such a great guy and very helpful. I booked the dolphin tour through him, which was a great price for value. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will always stay at lobster Inn whenever I'm in the area
