Our host Teresa was great and very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. It was looking to the common garden. This gives a lot of flexibility to sit outside. We had bad weather for couple of days, but we were not stuck in the room. It is rather central, many restaurants around it. There are cups, plates, microwave and kettle in the kitchen. We could prepare breakfast. There was complimenary nescafe and tea.

Rocio was just an unbelievable host !! I had a wonderful time talking with her for hours. She also gave me a lot of advices for tours, for diving, she rents bicycles, she is always there if you need something! For example, i couln't find my way and she just sent me a driver to get me, and didn’t charge me ! That’s one out of the many things she did to help me, but there are so many more ! Also, the place is always super clean, calm, respectful and very bright, i almost felt at home !! It would be a pitty not coming to this brand new hostel :)

Was a bit sceptical about choosing a place with so few reviews but it was definitely worth it. The room was spacious with plenty natural light and a little balcony. Big bathroom with nice warm shower. Close to the ferry, the town center and dive shops. Also great service from Carolina.

At the end we stayed two nights, both in different rooms and both rooms were really cute and what we wanted. Location is amazing: close to bars, Oxxo and the ferries. Isabella is a great host.

Caribo Cozumel se nachází 10 minut chůze od hlavního náměstí a 2 km od mezinárodního letiště Cozumel. Ve všech prostorách je zdarma dostupné vysokorychlostní Wi-Fi. Carmen and Cecilia were very nice and helpful in arranging a lower level room for my parents, helping us check in and providing us guidance for the island. Also, the room is very clean, AC & our own kitchen was great (have a microwave), and the pool was beautiful as well. The location is also very good, like 11 minutes walk to the ferry pier, 3 minutes to a local big supermarket, and you will walk past different local businesses (not very touristy ones) At the beginning there was water droplets from the AC at our room and Carmen helped us to change to another room very quickly.
