Really nice stay for two nights. Perfectly located for both Alex and Clyde. Lovely friendly hosts. Beautifully furnished and clean. Would happily stay again.

Beautiful accommodations. It had everything we needed for an extended stay, and the hosts were welcoming and very helpful. Included a beautiful sounding tui in the garden, which was an added bonus.

Really comfortable stay, great location, no hassle whatsoever, and I really appreciated when the host helped me carry my guitar up the stairs! Highly recommended.

Sunny Mornington 2 Bedroom Guest Suite, a property with a garden and barbecue facilities, is situated in Dunedin, 3.6 km from Taieri Gorge Railway, 3.6 km from Toitu Otago Settlers Museum, as well as... Hosts friendly and informative We had two bedrooms, both comfortable and clean. Bathroom was fine, clear instructions regarding ventilation. It is a room with no outside wall. We had our own entrance and key. Nice kitchen area with toaster, microwave and kettle. With tea, coffee milk etc kindly provided. This house is on a bus route for those without personal transport. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and a pub. We only had one night in Dunedin but an very happy we chose this .
