Hotel Churup offers accommodation in Huaraz. Guests will be served a complimentary breakfast buffet daily, consisting of freshly ground, roasted and brewed coffee, fruits, seasonal vegetables and... All the plants, the complimentary breakfast, the business’ and staffs’ transparency in how they operate, our room was very nice, and the staff was very nice. It was very easy to enter and we loved the private balcony and the communal dining area. Oh and the fire was lovely.

I highly recommend this place for various reasons. It's conveniently located just blocks away from the city center, and just outside the hostel doors you will find loads of fresh fruits, vegetables, and many local shops! The rooms are very well priced and VERY well maintained, with hot showers, fresh linens, tv's, lots of space, private bathrooms, and they even clean your rooms EVERY day! Although I can attest to the above, what really sold me on this place was the hospitality that I received from Dante & Yovana. It's a family ran business that goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is fantastic. They serve breakfast, and continuously accommodated for me as I often left early to do some trekking. They were even kind enough to allow me to store my bags there during a 4 day trek (secured away) and have a later check out since I was taking a night bus back to Lima. If you're looking for a quiet and friendly place that feels very comfortable, I definitely recommend staying here at Hostal Universal! The accommodation was excellent, room spotless and as shown in pictures, hot water, close to market and restaurants. Hosts very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

And the hostess was super helpful - she let us do the laundry and as we forgot a charger in a room at check out - she kindly sent it to us, to pick up in Huaraz! Amazing! Highly recommend staying here.

This is a very good place to stay, very good value. The breakfast served on the roof top area and the view was memorable. I would stay at this property again if I was in the area.

We had an amazing week here- it was so nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Huaraz! But it was the perfect location because it was also close enough to be able to go into the city for some meals/ATM etc. Fabiola was a great host and gave us lots of useful tips for our stay. Bed was comfy and kitchen was well equipped and night all we could hear was the sound of the river so we couldn’t really ask for more! Thanks Fabiola for everything!
