The place is newly erected, they were not that prepared too much and i guess we were probably the first or second guest because some rooms have still bit of dust from construction but despite small mishaps from start of their operation, the service was great. All of the things are new, they even gave us kitchenwares and things we needed to use. Wifi was good, signal was good. Staff was very accomodating 24/7 and they made sure to helped us althroughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable and treated like family. We will definitely come back. We were even noisy at the morning and all was ok so i thanked the neigborhood and they even gave me a space to park; felt like it was more of a team building than a business trip. This is what i am always looking for when i go outside, a home outside of home.

The owner of the unit, Atty. Torres and Ms. Len, are very responsive to our inquiries and they are attentive to details. Kudos to your caretakers who make sure that the unit is clean, well-maintained, and has all the supplies that we need. As usual, Pico de Loro is a resort with great amenities, my kids love the beach, the kiddie pool and the play area. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Even though most were pro divers and photographers, I was made to feel welcome and learned so much! From sea turtles to nudibranch and everything in between. Fresh local meals served family style made it even better. I was sad to leave.
