The location is perfect perfect perfect. Within walking distance of the main area with restaurants and coffee shops and excursions, but far enough away you can escape it.

Location is excellent as it is within walking distance of all the activities in Moalboal and only a scooter ride from the White Sand Beach. Would definitely stay again. 👍

You can rent a scooter at the guesthouse at a very good price. Most negatives of other people are really not a problem or it's due to their own fault. Within this price range it's a really good deal. Jeru, the host and his son is an absolute dream. They are so kind and caring. They also provided us with snorkelling gear, mosquito repellent, sunscreen, water bag, etc for free. The room itself is as pictured and clean, AC works great and the room is well insulated, keeping it nice and chilly. Also nice hot shower and a beautiful garden. I also rented a motorbike with great condition and great prices.

Located in Moalboal, 300 metres from Panagsama Beach, Roos Guesthouse has a garden and a terrace. It also features a a bar and a seating/lounge area. I had a great stay at Roos, i can say that i enjoyed everything. The inner courtyard is very chill and has a nice vibe, the AC is perfect, great value for money and super tasty local breakfast cooked by them(try the sardines one). Wifi speed was great and most important, the staff is super friendly and they also helped me with booking of private transfers at good prices. Totally would recommend!
