The rooms are spotlessly clean, very airy, extremely well decorated and most importantly - extremely quiet... I stayed for 10 nights at the Guest House, and the experience was outstanding. If you are looking for a calm, quiet and peaceful holiday in Samui, Laura's Guest House is your perfect choice! The Guest House is some distance away from the popular hotspots of Lamai and Chaweng, but it is a personal choice on what one is looking for. You will need a scooter for travelling around, as all major shopes and restaurants are atleast 5-10 minutes drive away... I highly recommend Laura's guest house for everyone looking for a serene and quiet holiday location.

Cute and clean bungalow with a nice community feel. Staff were very friendly and even insisted on giving me a lift to a good local Thai restaurant as I had asked where was best to eat (I was a solo traveller without a bike)

Hotel was located near Chaweng Beach (2 min walk), which is one of the reasons we picked it for our stay. There were a lot of things within walking distance - cafes, restaurants, shops, fitness, tourist agencies, spas. Room was big enough, AC was working well, there was a fridge, enough space in the room, beds were firm, which we liked. There was an option to drop the bags off before check in. We would stay in this hotel again.
