Maybe this is my favourite place to stay in the whole world. Ban Krut is beautiful and relaxing and this family resort feels like my home. The family home is surrounded by bungalows scattered around the garden with all sorts of trees and flowers .They are the sweetest people and it is a short bicycle ride to 7/11, restaurants, cafes and the lovely beach. Even though our bus arrived late, there was a member of staff waiting to check us in. Close to the modern mall and the bar streets. It was easy to call a Grab from.

We had a wonderful stay at Lyndale Lodge. Initially we booked for 4 nights but half an hour after we arrived we booked 3 more nights. David made us feel so welcome. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They’ll make sure you can rent a motorbike and give tips about the area, sightseeing and food. Though I recommend you stay for dinner at Lyndale because the cook is absolutely fantastic. The room is spacious, with enough room to store all your luggage away. We even had our own “built in closet”. The pool is nice and big, the ocean is 2 minutes away. If you’re lucky like we were, you’ll get to enjoy the company of the owners friends and laugh and have a beer with them. Overall, this place just radiates the love that is put into it. Since Lyndale has been reopened a couple of months ago, they are still making changes for the better, like building an outside shower to use before you hop into the pool. As a guest it is nice to see that they are thinking about how they can make the guest house even more comfortable. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The rooms are very clean, modern & beautifully appointed. Beautiful swimming pool and the perfect place to relax. The hosts are very helpful with organising transport, day trips and recommending local cafes & restaurants :)
