This accommodation far exceeded our expectations. Firstly, it was my first time to Alishan and I had many queries which the host was very responsive to answer all of them. She was very kind to help my family to arrange transport to pick us up from Chiayi HSR and got the driver to tour us around Alishan. Secondly, the views from the room were incredible. Thirdly, we enjoyed our showers daily due to the high water pressure. To add on, the beds provided in both rooms were very comfortable. Lastly, the common area was very clean and great place for us to have our take-out meals. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely stay at this very same place in the future.

I only have good things to say about this place. The location is simply perfect: we decided to stop to eat in a shop at the street market, and when searching for the hostel, it was right in front of us. The room we stayed was very comfortable and with a beautiful view to the mountains. The lady in charge of the hostel was so gentil that she gave us to try the baked donuts they prepare and sell on the first floor (apparently they are famous because they always had a loot of people buying!). We were not only happy with the room, but also touched by her kindness.
