Set just 1.3 km from Chihkan Tower, 鹹菜巷8號 offers accommodation in Tainan with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as luggage storage space. The owner very nice and helpful. She recommended us few place for local meal and bring us for room tour and explain room facilities in details. Very touching when accompanied us in the morning when need to take taxi to railway station coz to make sure driver managed to find the correct place to fetch us. Room is super clean and bed is comfortable. They provided lift ! So no worries if need to carry luggage to higher floor. Location is excellent coz surrounding with art museum and local famous restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommended to stay here and you gonna like it. Is like hotel facilities but in homestay.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay in Tainan. The host was incredibly kind and generous — we were even given a free room upgrade! The beds were very comfortable, the room was cool and pleasant, and everything was perfectly clean. What really made the difference was the host’s hospitality. He welcomed us with delicious fresh fruit, gave us great recommendations on what to see and where to eat, and even helped us call a taxi when we needed it. Truly a lovely person who made us feel at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Absolutely recommended!

The room was very comfortable and the facilities were great! I also liked the little games console in the room! The staff member at check-in was also very friendly and communication was very smooth!
