Excellent location with view of the beach and ocean, room was impeccable and kitchenette just perfect to prepare a cooked meal. Lovely shower room, plenty of towels and very clean. Beach towels also provided. Staff very friendly and helpful too.

We liked absolutely everything! It's a a very cozy and friendly place, where you really feel the Cape Cod relaxed vibe. The breakfast and the access to the barn is just great! The staff were very friendly and the recommendations booklet really feels like it was made with love and purpose. So many great things to do and see nearby - great restaurants too.

Bed was very comfortable. Great shower. Easy access and location. Great price for a 2-night stay off season. Would definitely visit again. Thank you

Αυτό το θέρετρο απέχει 4 λεπτά οδικώς από την παραλία Herring Cove στην εθνική ακτή Cape Cod και 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης Providencetown. We stayed for our honeymoon night!!

Το Sesuit Harbor House διαθέτει δωρεάν ποδήλατα, εποχική εξωτερική πισίνα, κήπο και κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge, στον προορισμό East Dennis. Phil & Silvia were great hosts, and made us feel welcome from check-in, all the way through to our last minutes on the property. They provided plenty of recommendations; places to eat, things to do and see, etc. The room was spacious, clean and well laid out. Lots of windows to let in natural light. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was clean. All amenities were provided (soap, shampoo, towels, etc.). The water pressure in the shower was great. Air conditioning worked well. The property was no different, it was very well maintained. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the property; bean bag toss, mini soccer nets, lots of chairs around the pool. There was a grilling area with grilling utensils. There was also a family of resident goats tucked away in their own little corner of the property. They provided complimentary continental breakfast each morning. They provided us with bikes (incl. Helmet and bike lock) to ride around town and fitness equipment (yoga mats, small weights, elastic bands, foam roller, etc.) to do some exercises in our room. Great location, nearby to great restaurants, ice cream, liquor, convenience stores, beaches, etc... We can't say enough good things about this place and would recommend Sesuit Harbor House to anyone visiting Cape Cod.

John and Melanie were amazing and truly made sure we had the most wonderful stay and all our needs were met. They truly go above and beyond and have many hidden gem tips for the area. Breakfast was also amazing!! Delicious bagels, fruit salad and much more Free coffee and tea all day long in the lobby! Our stay was truly amazing and we hope to come back some day

The breakfast was very nice, much better than most "breakfast included" hotels. The setting was lovely.

Το Queen Vic Guest House είναι ένα κατάλυμα σε Προβινστάουν, σε απόσταση 400μ από Παραλία για σκύλους Dog Beach και 800μ από Pilgrim Monument. Stan and Josh’s place felt like home and they were extremely welcoming and helpful! Their place is lovely, beds are extremely comfy, breakfast is amazing, make sure you try Josh’s specials! My partner and I had a great time and we will definitely be returning to visit the neighborhood and spend our stay at Queen Vic!
