This was a super fun week in Lake City. We enjoyed the individually owned property and attention. The fresh blooming flowers were a nice touch on the balcony.

The rooms were cosy and there is a very nice garden where you can sit and enjoy a drink in the evening. Mancos is also a very interesting town with lots of art. If I could design my ideal stay, this would be it! Highly recommend!

We were able to get some drinks and wine from the front desk area and charged it to our room. The room was very clean and spacious. Loved the Jacuzzi tub! The bathrobe was so soft! Loved the fireplace! The light show for Halloween was amazing!

Had the cascade room which is the lower floor facing the Main Street. Surprisingly quiet. You can hear the upstairs people but not bad. Check in was via an envelope in the lobby. In the room was a nice homemade bread. Hot water took a bit to get warm. Bed was comfy.

The keys to our room were in an envelope waiting for us when we arrived so we didn't have to wait for anyone. It was very convenient. We loved the size of the double room: the table, armchairs, and the fireplace in our room. The bed was large and very comfortable. The pub on the premises made a great place for dinner or just for a drink at the end of the day. There was a lot of parking on the premises, although it got busy on the weekend because of the pub. It was close to the freeway leading to Boulder and Denver, and equally convenient to the main road leading into town. We will definitely come back!
