+ good location (close to the shopping mall) + elevator in the building + price/quality is fine + warm floor and bathroom - it's a shared appartement - we were asked to fill a lot of personal information for every guest and it took us really long time (they asked not only our passport pictures, but also all the details about us) - the company managing this appartment on outsource didn't answer to any phone calls from us (both phone numbers), so we needed to solve problems by ourselves - the coach is really uncomfortable to sleep on

Very sweet, very elegant, beautiful place. It was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is great. It is close to restaurants and bars. It is very close to the metro and you can go anywhere you want, including the city center. I should also say that they provided all the necessary information on time and answered my questions politely.
