    They hadn't received my reservation and I had driven through horrendous driving conditions for 5 hours to get there. When I called no one answered their phone and after knocked on the door, they had no recollection of my booking. The room wasn't ready because someone had trashed it during the last stay. I had to wait around with the host and his dog while they cleaned the room. Needless to say, they are not great hosts. They woke me up at 7:00 a.m. and asked me to be out by 10:00 a.m.
