As we booked the Comfort Junior Suite, it was just great! the suite it selfs, the panorama view over Ascona, the silence on the large balcony etc.

Very unfriendly staff apart from the bell boy. They even hang up the phone in you when you call for information. They do not listen when you request something. The walls of the rooms are paper thin and you can hear the people in the room next door and in the hallway. Then you can hear the blaring music for another location a few block away. The hallway smells revolting. Pictures on the web are so different to reality and what you truly get.

Peaceful spot with a great view This place is in a quiet area and has a fantastic terrace with a beautiful view over the city. The host was super sweet — she explained everything in advance and was always available if we needed anything. Definitely recommend staying here!

Pretty location right on the lake promenade. Close to shops and public transport (Minusio). The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, very clean, has good shutters, and the bed is very comfotable and big enough for two. The balcony is at the side of the building and thus has partial lake views. The dinner at the restaurant was tasty. The sunday breakfast was very good (breakfast on the other days was only average).

Exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
