Patrizio is a superhost, truly interested in the well-being of his clients and very discreet. We had a good communication prior the check-in. The property is spotless, organized and comfy. It's clear that Patrizio loves and takes care of his home. We appreciated that he offered us coffee and tea in the morning. The room has a decent size, with windows facing a peaceful garden and the bed is comfortable. We had everything that we needed. Thank you Patrizio!

Had dinner at the restaurant downstairs. The dishes were unique and well presented. Food was delicious and service was excellent. The restaurant had a great vibe with locals and guests dining.
