PhilippinesThe host actually had to cancel my stay 10 days before but I didn't see the cancelation and he accommodated me anyways and stayed awake until 3AM when I arrived so that was very much appreciated. Also we had a friendly chat and he offered to help me with anything and made me tea before sleeping and in the morning 😊

The apartment was clean and had everything I needed and there is a pool in the back. Good wifi, I was able to get some work done and my bed was comfortable. The location was very good. I felt I had the best of both worlds, I saw and met locals, but at the same time I could reach Naama Bay, Old Market, etc with a short van ride or by taxi.
