Ildiko and Gabor were exceptional hosts - warm and welcoming. We were treated to a lovely wine tasting experience and narrative about how this enterprising couple have built up their business over the past 7 years. Their wines are amongst the best I have tasted. It was magical to be on Badacsony Hill out of season and feel we had the late all to ourselves - the location of Elias is great. We slept so well - very comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely and warm. Good quality fixtures and fittings in our rooms, great shower. Our breakfast was first rate - home cooked with love !
