It's my THIRD stay btw, which should speak for the way they run they run the guesthouse. It's well located within reach of Lippo Mall (by foot and bemo) and the Alfamart, Indomaret, same-day Laundry services, and (evening time)'babi food-stall', all in its immediate vicinity.
