We booked this accommodation because we wanted to stay close to the airport, as our flight was at 6 AM. We didn’t realize that getting there would cost us the same as going from Kuta to the airport — so we ended up paying for transport twice (once to get there and once to go to the airport). The rooms are very well maintained, almost brand new. The place is beautiful and peaceful, with great views, and the staff is kind and helpful. Since our flight was early, we asked for our breakfast the night before, and they agreed — it was a really nice gesture. The staff was lovely and always with a smile.

Kawi and Bulan are wonderful hosts! After realizing that I accidentally booked a hotel in Bali, I was left at the airport with no airport pickup and no hotel. Luckily I found Bulan Homestay. Within 15 minutes Kawi was at the airport to pick me up and bring me to their home. They made me local dinner and breakfast in the morning which were both amazing.

Very simple room . Good size with it's own bathroom, the breakfast pancakes were seriously the best ive had in Indonesia, and a big bowl of fruit. Delicious. Aircon was a bit noisy but i fixed that with a toothpick, free of charge. Host's were great. Very helpfull and even gave me a lift to the airport . Cheap.

Staff helped us to get from the airport (which was further away than anticipated), and they picked us up cheaply. We arrived late and didn't eat yet, the host that picked us up (who didn't speak English but was very willing to help with Google Translate) offered to buy us some food. He dropped us off first, then went off to actually deliver us some food! Great service. He even offered to rent out his own bike for a whole week, which we declined politely. Great Wi-Fi speed.

What a gem of a property! We had a lovely stay here. Veronica & Joseph are the nicest couple you could ever hope to meet. They clearly care SO much about each travellers experience and go to huge lengths to ensure you have a great stay. The property is in a quiet location, a longish walk to town (which we didn't mind as we like to stretch our legs), or a short scooter ride away. The room was immaculately clean, a very decent size too. Kettle, tea and coffee are provided. The bed was incredibly comfortable too. Plenty of hot water from the shower once the solar panels kick in, which they explained can take a little time. They assisted us with a taxi to the top of the island for Rinjani and checked in with us on Whatsapp regularly. They provided SO much information on the local area too which was very helpful! You can't go wrong staying here. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Simple, clean, comfortable, great hot shower. I wish I could have stayed longer !!!!! Also laundry came back smelling fresh and clean for such a good price and no overly synthetic perfume smells that they normally do in Indo.
