Very homely, and there’s a great effort to keep the room clean. Love the tile work. The highlight was the excellent welcome and matching home-cooked food. I do find it sometimes to eat spicy foods but this was not a problem. Usha and hep helper Rama were excellent host.

    The homestay is in a quiet suburb of Tanjore, which was really lovely to retire to after a day of exploring the busy town. The accommodation is very tastefully furnished, the bed is very comfortable, the room had both a fan and AC and a warm water shower. I had the best night's sleep since we arrived in India. The owner, Usha, was a lovely and helpful hostess and Rama's cooking was excellent. I wish we had known Usha also had a homestay in Trichy (Tranquility)... Highly recommended.

    There was no breakfast available in the homestay. However, one could easily find decent hotels a few distance away from the homestay at main road (Thanjavur Medical College Road).

    Location,cozy and comfortable stay. Simple,neat and clean. Gives a homestay feel and the location is very convenient to visit Big Temple and eateries nearby. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

    The room was great. Lots of space/amenities. The room/facilities were clean. Very good for families/couples or solo travelers like me looking for room to stretch after staying in hostel dorms. The owner was so helpful arranging transportation to and from the home stay.
