Excellent property, very nice, modern, clean and spacious. It has the best possible parking space behind the ramp, very safe to leave the car overnight. The staff is very friendly, especially Maria, who is full of usefull tips. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean and large. I liked that there were cupboards to put things in. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of choices. The staff was very nice. And the location was great, close to the train station to go to Cinque Terre, and also close to bus stops to go to Portovenere, San Terenzo beach and Lerici.

very clean, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom with good shower. They have a coffee machine included which was lovely. The owner was very kind and helpful which made our stay just that bit better!

Perfect central location for La Spezia centro and the train for 5 Terre. Made everything a breeze (super easy!). We were glad we had reserved a car space as the area is busy. We had a freshly renovated room & bathroom which was a joy to come back to after a long tiring day!
