Check in/check out was very simple. The accomodations were adorable and clean. So many details were taken into consideration that other places, including the fancy chains, don't consider. The bed was very comfortable, the location was very close to Sete Cidades and the ocean hot springs. The staff communicated and provided services very well and was very friendly. I'd stay there again!

The suite is certainly spacious, but I can't rate it top. In style, the furnishings reflect the era. The bed is nice and comfortable..But the living room is marginally so.

Absolutely beautiful. The history of the home is well-preserved yet the rooms/bathrooms have modern luxuries. The woman who handles breakfast was incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and served on beautiful dishes. I can’t recommend these place enough. It was an experience in and of itself!

This property is in an ideal location of Ponta Delgada. We really enjoyed the provided breakfast. It was easy for the scheduled guides to find when we scheduled our excursions. Many restaurants and stores are within walking distance.
