United Kingdomthe family running yayei were so friendly, couldn’t help us enough. beds were unbelievably comfy, the room was nice, no bugs inside because of mesh on windows. just an 8-10 min walk from the train station, but the owners offered to drive us there at 5am.
there’s also a little shop downstairs and you can rent bikes.

It is less than a 10-minute walk to the waterfall and and less than 5 minutes to the train station. The food was also delicious. I recommend the on-site restaurant. The Homestay is run by a family who really tries to make you feel comfortable. The area is pretty and very close to the waterfall and the Hellfire pass. Some restaurants and supermarkets are in walking distance as well.
