Very swish - locals think it is the posh place. Amazing history surrounding the building and underneath it !! No swimming pool but sunbed tickets and towels provided for local beach 100m away. Great location - quiet but only 5 mins from the nightlife. Smart TV ((Android) so can watch your Netflix Amazon account

We had a lovely stay with great hosts. The hotel is very well situated in the old town and close to a very nice small beach, maybe a minute away. Great traditional Turkish breakfast with delicious homemade products in a pretty and comfortably arranged garden. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. We had a wonderful time!

Very good hotel, everything was good quality including the breakfast. Right on the beach short walk from everything. Good hosting and attentive staff would recommend 👍

The apartment was perfectly located in the heart of the ancient town very near the harbour. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and when our taxi driver got a bit lost Penny came and collected us and our bags to take us to the correct location. She was a great host throughout, never imposing but always there if needed for local knowledge and having lived there for over 30 years, Penny had loads of local knowledge. We had a great 4 nights there and if returning to Side we would look no further than this accommodation.

We really enjoyed our one week stay there. Ali Bey and his wife are very good hosts. They were at our disposal for everything. The facility was clean and tidy with adequate air conditioning. Towels and bed linen were changed every other day. A traditional Turkish breakfast was provided each morning. The location is great: the nearest beach is a 2 minute walk away, with many restaurants and ancient ruins within walking distance. The dolmus and the bus station are easily accessible by the little train or even on foot.

Family vacation: two adults and children. Washing machine and dishwasher. Great hosts who will help with any questions and requests. Fresh renovation. Clean and bright apartment. New furniture. Convenient location. Possibility to barbecue outside. We plan to come back here again.

great staff, great location. if you want to feel at home, and not be an impersonal tourist in the mass of an all-inclusive hotel, then you are welcome. if you want to see the life of local people, coupled with their work, then it's a place for you, very calm hotel. very nice bar where you can drink beer, smoke shisha and chat with the locals in a relaxed way, out of the tourist flow

Great location. Great terrace with sea view. Normal wi-fi. And of course the best - Yener. Great host!
