The location was close to a few restaurants, the bed was amazingly comfortable, the room and neighborhood were quiet, and the whole house was very clean and put together. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Great location and value for a single traveler, or a couple. Much more reasonable than any accommodations in downtown. 3 blocks walking distance of plenty of local food and coffee. 2 blocks from a Costco. Very easy access to downtown, 10 minutes with no traffic. Has a gym in the building, as well as a 1st floor lounge with coffee machine and plenty of space to sit and work or socialize.

Great value room on a holiday weekend. Even though it’s located on the South Side of Chicago the neighborhood is kept up and we felt safe walking around during the day. We took Uber home at night so can’t comment on neighborhood’s security at night. Easy 14 minute walk to the Green line to get to downtown area. The common area decor was in good taste/comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a fully functional kitchen. The bed’s mattress was also firm and provided a good night’s rest. We would stay here again when we come to Chicago as it’s excellent value.

    So much space, a real home with character. Every amenity including for small kids. Fantastic location for getting downtown and easy public access to airport. Jerry was a great host too with fab communication. The place is actually slightly more up to date than the pics too.

    Since I was scheduled to arrive in Chicago early in the morning, I inquired about early check-in just in case, and I was very grateful that he readily agreed. He was a great host who took care of any inconveniences throughout our stay, recommended tourist attractions to visit with children. The accommodation was very clean and equipped with everything. It was much better than a 5 star hotel. Thanks to the host's consideration, it was a very comfortable trip and I highly recommend it.

    We are a family of 6 from New Zealand and stayed here for three nights, I wish we had time to stay longer! So clean, so much space, comfy beds and lovely shower, the area felt safe. It was everything we needed. Great to have our own parking space and also the washing machine and drier. Host was super helpful when we needed her. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. We also got very excited to see a wild deer in someone’s front yard very close by! Very highly recommend and thank you so much to the lovely host.
