CanadaThe facility was clean and spacious with everything advertised PLUS lots of extras including coffee with sugar and creamer as well as lots of beach towels, chairs, coolers and bags, snorkel gear, and boogie boards. Troy was super friendly and full of great information about how to best explore the island. The location felt safe and was a great home base close to several beaches, hikes, Volcanoes National Park, and Kona (you will need a vehicle). The terrain and view were especially “Big Island” and perfect for sunset and star gazing.

United KingdomGreat place to stay - lovely accomodation, spacious, clean, everything you need. Wished we had stayed longer. Ideal location. No air con as mentioned in some reviews but this is not a problem at all, there is a breeze flowing and place is cool enough with this. Views are amazing, place feels comfortable and safe (i dont like bugs!) jim very helpful, would highly recommend staying here

He has gone above and beyond to make guest comfortable and ensure they have everything they need. Quiet location but close to a great local restaurant and bar. To top the stay off we spent the evening in the hot tub once the sun had set and could see hundred of stars and the Milky Way. Troy is a great host and made us feel like coming home. Everything was clean and we’ve had everything we needed. Sharing the living room and kitchen with Troy was also no problem. Troy also took us on a tour arround the rough coast near Ocean View on his ATV’s, which was also an amazing experience. We’ve got at places we otherwise couldn’t get to.
