We booked a 2 night stay, but unfortunately, due to some delayed communication through Booking.com and our late night arrival, we were unable to check in, so subsequently, could not stay and had to find alternative accommodation. The following morning, the owner contacted us and arranged to meet us and give a full refund in person, with a lovely apology and offer of a free stay as compensation. We were so sad not to have had the opportunity to stay with this kind and attentive host, but will definitely take the opportunity on our next visit.
