    It's cheap. The staff is friendly. The facilities are clean and pet-friendly. Security keeps the locals out, if you're into gentrification and the downfall of society stemming from not caring about the people around us and only caring about profit like good little capitalists (capitalists care about maximizing capital, socialists care about maximizing society. it's in the name, people). It is kinda close to local amenities, but not on the main strip or anything.
