Offering garden views, Gästezimmer Ilse Brauneis is an accommodation situated in Mautern, 37 km from Melk Abbey and 6.7 km from Dürnstein Castle. This was a real find for us, just the kind of stay we love, friendly, personal and kind. Great room and bathroom, with the best shower of our long trip. We arrive after a long ride due to the flood road and path closures, we able to give the bikes a host off before putting them in the shed. The garden and yard are just lovely, you can sit and have beer or coffee in the afternoon. Just wished we could have stayed longer.
