Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. The host was exceptionally great, very welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating with late check in request. The unit was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. This really felt like home from home.

Located right off Vienna’s main shopping street, the Mariahilfer Straße, K+T Boardinghouse offers spacious rooms with traditional high ceilings and parquet floors. Very comfortable stay for our 4 days. Close to everything and loved the ease of Vienna transportation. Tina, our host was very accommodating in every aspect. She gave important information when we arrived that helped our city visit to be very enjoyable. She also assisted us with finding a private medical clinic when my husband fell ill. This guest house is part of the Benedictine Schotten Abbey in the heart of Vienna and offers quiet accommodation in a secluded atmosphere. Staff and the location are the best, near the high end shops like LV, Prada, Gucci and so much more! very near to Graben and Stephenplatz!

It was very clean, the room was spacious, the garden was absolutely amazing we enjoyed our coffee there in the morning. The host was super helpful and nice The location was excellent it was in a quite and peaceful area and the city center and other touristic places was only 15 mins away the public transport was only 5 mins away. We loved our stay and we will def come back Thank you!

Everything was supernice. Hosts were so helpful and kind during my stay there. They are so chill and friendly. The house was very clean and the room also so tidy and clean. The location was not bad. It is close to the subway and train station.
