Our room and the bathroom were spotless, the mattress so comfortable and the room very dark for sleeping (with the remote controlled shutters down). They were also very helpful and kind to us and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant.

Everything was so clean and tidy. Designed with style and giving a cozy atmosphere. Very welcoming hosts. Situated in a nice neighborhood, not so far from the center by walk. Definitely would stay there again if visiting Bruges. :)
