500 metres from Rio Vermelho, Point do Rio Vermelho is a recently renovated property set in Salvador and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. I didn't book breakfast but the hotel has the facilities to cook your own breakfast/meals. Staff was always polite and generous. Location is great, and it's a home-family accommodation. The owner I met on my last day offered me to go surfing on my next stay. I would definitely recommend this for those looking to stay in one of Salvador's nicest neighborhoods.
