Casa Esperanza is located a 5-minute tram ride from the centre of Basel and offers free WiFi and a shared terrace with seating area. The rooms all come with a flat-screen TV. The staff, Kai, was super helpful. He gave us relevant info and answered all our questions and did his best to accommodate our requests. The room was very neat and clean. We had everything we needed: tea, coffee, cups, plates, etc. The bed was comfortable. Kai was very responsive whenever I contacted him via WhatsApp. Considering how expensive Basel is, I feel I got great value for what I paid.

Studio Apartment - Central - Kitchen - self check in is a recently renovated homestay in the centre of Basel, 500 metres from Badischer Bahnhof and 700 metres from Messe Basel. The room is spacious and tastefully decorated, featuring a smart TV and high-quality bathroom amenities. Everything you might need is provided. The kitchen is shared but well-equipped—we cooked there several times. It includes an oven, microwave, fridge, electric stove, and cutlery. A bottle opener and corkscrew would be a welcome addition. Although check-in is self-service, the staff was very friendly and offered great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. We visited several of the suggested spots and had a lovely experience overall.

Amita is a kind host, with a very polite and lovely decorated house. You really feel comfortable here. The neighbourhood is quiet and it is reasonable near Basel SBB which has train connections to other cities in Switzerland. A very nice experience!
