The host was very welcoming, proactive and helpful. The place had everything that was needed. It’s right next to the park by the lake so very easy to go out for a relaxing walk. A little further walk and there are a lot of restaurants.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, La Ferme du Lignon is a guest house situated in a historic building in Geneva, 4.4 km from PalExpo. Beautiful stay in a quaint atmosphere. Lovely walks on the Rhône river and yogurts from the farm. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the staff went out of their way to accommodate. Easy distance from the airport and a grocery store is a 3 minute walk. Excellent experience!

Le Cottage, a property with a garden, is set in Vésenaz, 7.5 km from Gare de Cornavin, 7.7 km from St. Pierre Cathedral, as well as 9.3 km from United Nations Geneva. the location is beautiful and very close to the city. The street is quiet, full of greenery and the house is exactly as described with a true cottage feel and a nice (albeit not very well maintained) garden.

Catherine and her Daughter have opened their home to strangers as they love to meet New people and are, like me, travellers at heart. The whole house is (air)travel themed and I spent an incredible lovely night with my host not only opening the door but her whole life to me. Obviously this was in no way obtrusive but left to my own choice in accepting the invitation! I came as a stranger and parted as a friend- and will most certainly be back ; )) Merci.....
