Au Cheval Blanc in Asuel has 3-star accommodation with a garden and a bar. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Breakfast was great. We had local, organic products and homemade bread. We really enjoyed the evening meal and the conversation with Luc in which we learnt about the area. The bus and train were handy for trips further afield and we enjoyed a walk in the neighbourhood too.

Overall, great experience, we really recommend this place! Nice location on a quiet street, with relaxing views on fields and hills of Jura. Excellent for those travelling by car. Just few minutes drive from Porrentruy and St-Ursanne, with their old towns and numerous hiking trails. Rooms are freshly refurbished, very clean. Our room was not big, but absolutely sufficient, with a nice balcony. The room and the common area are full of light during the daytime. Sylvia is a wonderful host, really making everything she can to help you to feel at home. She does not speak English, but we communicated well in German. Outstanding breakfast. Stable Internet. There are several restaurants available in the area (but you may need to drive there).
