A shared bathroom and private room with everything you need. We had an excellent stay for 1 night as we hiked from Basel to Himmelried. There were cooking facilities in the room as well and the bathroom and rooms were very clean. We also received a lovely thank you gift which was much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Pietro, the father, the person who received us, was very nice, funny, entertaining and helpful. It was great to be able to speak Italian with him. Amazing hospitality. Very nice bathroom: beautiful and new interior design. Very clean.

Offering a barbecue and sun terrace, BnB Comfort House Lostorf is set in Lostorf. Free private parking is available on site. All rooms have a flat-screen TV. Really hospitable and pleasant owner assisting in any way he can. Would recommend if you are planning to go in this area.

Originally a Capuchin monastery dating from the 17th century, Kloster Dornach is only 50 metres from Dornach-Arlesheim Train Station and 12 km from Basel. Th staff corresponded with me throughout the reservation and even to see if I had arrived. The room was spacious and faced the back garden and restaurant. It was quiet and peaceful. Wonderful light from large windows and a curious curated selection of art and objects as part of a Curatorial series. Mine was the Literarium" curated by Sandra Lowe. Pretty cool idea. Elevator made it easy with luggage. Directly across the street from the station (train/tram) but it quiet because Swiss engineering. In-House restaurant is great - ate in the Garden. Kind waitstaff. Its a chill vibe.

Bare 43 kilometer fra Schaulager og 43 kilometer fra Kunstmuseum Basel ligger Alpenblick Ferienwohnung und Monteurzimmer, som har gratis WiFi og en terrasse. We chose this place because we were attending a concert in Oensingen -about 4 miles away. The host left some welcome goodies for us, and his hospitality was amazing! We had a fully stocked kitchen with two- burner stove and refrigerator. We also had a washer and dryer. I had taken Tide Pods, but they also had liquid detergent-nice as one cannot take on plane. We were able to park our rental car in front of our apartment. There is a small grocery store in walking distance-3 minute walk. It was a great neighborhood to walk in. There are restaurants in walking distance or within 4 miles either direction from the apartment. We also toured some castles-one in Oensingen and another about a 30 minute drive away. We enjoyed our stay.
