We were a bigger group and had the two rooms with a big common terrace and the apartment. One of the rooms had two bathrooms (one was huge) which was a great asset for us as a familly with many kids. The view from the terrace was very nice. The apartment was very big too, with nice and well equiped kitchen (just one bathroom). All the rest of the house can be enjoyed: a good kitchen, a cozy living-room, considered as common spaces. Close to the city center… good breakfast… comfortable beds…and the host very nice and welcoming.

The room was incredibly clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The private parking was great! The owners were caring and very attentive, they truly took care of us. It’s very close to the train station, so it was very easy to get around.

Mr Leandro, the host, was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Even though we did not meet in person, he made sure everything was fine. He also offered us a free breakfast on our 3 nights stay. And it was very kind of him agreeing to store our baggage after checkout for a few hours. The apartment was small but neat. There is a window door instead of windows. It would be not as ideal at night when sleeping. Other than that, everything was fine.

Sara is an incredible host who made the stay extra special: she's super kind, attentive, helpful, knowledgeable and clearly loves what she does. This is also reflected in the house: from the communal spaces to the rooms themselves you can tell a lot of love and care has gone into every detail, there's a lot of character as well as a very high standard of cleanliness. Breakfast is also delicious and locally sourced, and Sara adapted it for us being vegan. 100% recommended to anyone who's thinking about visiting the area, and we'll definitely choose to stay at Cuore Alpino next time we're there.

The room had everything you need. It was very comfortable with a very big TV, with Tea making possibilities, minibar. The bed was very comfortable. We had a small balcony looking at the lake. Having breakfast in the morning and enjoying your coffee directly on the lake. It was like a dream. The personel was very friendly and helpful and made everything possible to have a great stay there. We even got a bottle of wine as a small present when we were leaving. Parking space is organised and near by and for free. Internet was working perfectly. The city center was 20 min walking distance. There was a delicious restaurant just under the room. (which can be a bit loud for some people. for us it was not an issue). THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT STAY. We will come back :)
