It was cold outside when we stayed, but we had a super easy to use stove, that kept nice temperature. Owner is extremely sympathetic and knows English very well. Additionally a friendly cat from the neighborhood visited us regularly

A significant breakfast: scrambled eggs by default ... fried eggs by request...at least in my experience. Fridge and dining area that is independent of the breakfast area. Guests are welcome to use the fridge and the sink and the microwave.

The place is great: clean, spacious, tastefully decorated…. But the hospitality of JC and Ximi is outstanding. We originally only booked two nights but ended up staying a week and only stopped because there were other bookings. (Cute dogs!!) If you go to Pucon, you should stay here. No questions.

Just a 10-minute walk from Pucon's city centre, Hostal el Nogal Pucón offers accommodations in Pucón. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here features heating and garden views. The hostel is excellent, we loved our stay here. The host was very welcoming and responsive throughout our stay - which we ended up extending by 2 nights. We had a great sized bedroom which was very comfortable and clean, and a great view of the volcano. The shared spaces were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and we really appreciated the breakfast provided. Highly recommend!

Hostel Raiz is a fairy tale kind of hostel. I felt I was sleeping and living in one. Probably because of the cosy fire, their nice host and an incredible cat 🐈 to remember. No doubts one of a kind.
