The hostess and employee were so very kind and helpful. We were welcomed at the airport and hostel in style. We received a lot of useful information about the Island and its people. The breakfast was extensive and tasteful and the best we received compared to other regions in Chile. When we had to leave early the hostess made us a breakfast we could take with us. The location was a 20-30 minute walk from the city centre and situated near a single Moai. It was beautiful and for us ideal. It could have been a bit cleaner for my taste (I’m quite a nag with hygiene), but everything else was so great, that it didn’t detract from our stay. We had such a nice time and will definitely stay here again if we return to the Island.

Maria cooked a few times for me and the food was delicious. I took tours with Alvaro and enjoyed every minute of it. He is very knowledgeable and patient and thus makes sure you will get the most of your stay in Rapa Nui. The view from my room was great! It's literally like being at home but on a very far away island. I can definitely recommend 100%.

Room 7 next to pool had very nice air conditioning. Everything was clean and well kept. Coordination for free shuttle to/from airport was easy and they were prompt. The welcome lei was a pleasant surprise. It’s not staffed with a reception desk but they are responsive when communicating via WhatsApp. WiFi was great for our needs. For us, the full kitchen was invaluable to save money with meals. Short walk into town.
