By far the best facilities of all the hostels I've stayed at in South America, the photos don't do this place justice! It's a small thing, but when you have a powerful hot shower in a clean bathroom and a great music playing in the showers' speakers, you know you're in a good place. The owner was extremely accommodating and I was even able to work on my laptop next to the pool. This is also the first place I've been where I've been able to run on the trails straight from the hostel. No bus or taxi needed!

Located just 2.5 km from Chillan Train Station, Hostal Casa Terracota provides accommodation in Chillán with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. There seems to be 3 rooms for rent with shared kitchen and bathroom. Nice and friendly hosts, a secure parking, washing machine and kitchen with basic equipment, good sized room. You can't do much better for this price.

Nice kitchen and común area with smart TV, nice room, artistic vibes... Host takes time to give individual recommendations (in my case cool vegetarian café!) Will stay here fore sure again! :-)
