Kitchen can be used and a true highlight is the hill view and freshly brewed coffee early morning. Kind hosts, always with a smile. Fantastic value for money!

Monica, the owner, was the highlight of our stay, always available and immensely helpful. Her local expertise, having grown up in Armenia, provided invaluable insights for newcomers to the area. Staying here surpassed the experience of a typical hotel in the city. Looking forward to our next visit, Monica!
