Overlooking gardens, this Victorian house is just a mile (1.6 km) from the centre of Edinburgh. Everything was perfect,the check in and out is super easy, the staff is very nice and helpful, you can feel totally comfortable during your staying. The room is clean and spacious, the location is also good,you can reach many things by walk (supermarket, restaurants,attractions). Absolutely recommended!

And I was on my period those days, but I got the most satisfying sleep in the bed, it was soooooooo cozy and comfortable. I got totally refreshed after the night. I just love that room, and I definitely want to go back. And thank Eric for bringing me an extra bottle of water in the evening, so grateful for that!!!!

Absolutely loved the Lauderville guest house. Host was incredible and nothing was too much to ask. The four poster room was incredibly cosy and the perfect setting for our Christmas break.
