For me the most important things are: location, sounds, space, stable WiFi (I work online), nice host. It has all this and above. Big room (you have a space to do yoga, for example), hot water (all works properly), a table, chairs, wardrobe. Big kitchen will all amenities. Quiet, few minutes to the sea, bus stop, super cheap cafe, supermarket. And the host is so nice, responsive, takes care of guests so much. I’ll be coming back again and again. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, right by the beach. Nice restaurant, where breakfast is served looks right at the sea. Room very spacious with jacuzzi on the terrace which overlooks the sea. On the beach free chairs, umbrellas, sun-beds. Almost like a private beach with very few people around. Staff - extremely helpful and friendly, especially Teona, who made our stay most pleasant. Totally recommend.

One of the best, rooms bit small but super clean, bed mattress very comfortable, water pressure and temp is super, the hosts Saso and Shushana are very nice and freindly 🌹. and special thanks to their son (Rudi) he speaks english very well and helped us with every thing during our stay. A good resturant (Riviera) is 7 min walking and they serve very delicious food. near by beach (~15 min's) walking. Downtown/ boulevard is (~35 mins) walking. Over all this guest house is totally recomended 👍.

The host and the team are very helpful and communicative, I had no problems while asking any questions or favours. Everywhere is clean and you can go to the beach with just your towel and swimming suit. It's only a couple of minutes from Batumi, so it's the best choice. Around the object many shops and parking places. If I come back to the area again I will definitely stay at this place

The hotel's location is perfect, just a 7-10 minute walk to the beach and shops, yet nestled in a serene area where you can enjoy the peaceful sound of croaking frogs at night. The homemade pancakes served at breakfast were simply amazing, adding a delightful touch to our mornings. The balcony was quite spacious, offering stunning views of both the sea and the hills, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The owner treated us more like relatives than guests, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction at all times. It's hard to imagine a better place to stay from any aspect.
