Everything was super clean. Lily and her husband gave attention to those little details that make a good staying perfect. There was a full kitchen set and ingredients enough for a breakfast for two for more days than we stayed. Bottled water, clean sheets and towels with extra blankets and ironing set available. We also had access to the roof and there was a big swing with a table and summer chairs. The night sky and the island view from there was amazing. This is a hidden gem 💎

The Property is Centrally located for everything high street wise. It’s a very pretty building commanding presence and in good condition kept immaculately clean. I had an east facing 1st floor twin room with balcony and railings, great to watch the Sun rise. Comes with efficient A/C and Wifi Tv & fridge.

Just a few metres from the rocky beach, Perdika Mare Guesthouse is located at the fish village of Perdika in Aegina. It offers a limited hours and days reception and daily cleaning. Nice clean room with a fantastic view. Right next to the ocean with beach chairs and steps down to the water.

The lady who worked there was so nice and helpful. We payed for a double room and she gave us a studio apartment for the same price. The apartment was clean with all the necessities and a cosy balcony. The aircondition was also very effective. It is located just a few minutes walk from grocery stores, restaurants and beaches. We had a wonderful stay here and highly recomend it😊
